Templars'f was the name of the sailing boat that my father had when I was a child and it was my inspiration to create a nautical style apartment that would allow you to experience the sensations of calm and serenity that you have when sailing . The beauty of our panorama with the colors of the sky that change depending on the time will make your stay truly special! It is an oasis of peace! A dreamy holiday home just RENOVATED . Enjoy the stunning view from our terrace equipped with dining area and sun chairs, with a shower to refresh in hot times, admire the sun rising behind the Vesuvio and feel the changes of the colors during the day. Have a shower in our terrace overlooking the gulf of Napoli and let the sun kiss you! Our apartment will warm you with its unique style and comforts. Perfect for a couple or two, for a family or for a group of friends: we can host up to 5 people: there is one wide bedroom, with an upper part where there is a double bed, smart tv, AC and sofas, and the downstairs area which has a third bed, closets and a study area. It is private and separated from the other bedroom which can also be used as a living room when the property is used only by 2/3 people. The huge second bedroom has a double sofa bed, perfect as a daily bed, AC, heating,smart tv and most of all it has a stunning view overlooking the Vesuvio and the sea. At the entrance there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, nespresso, microwave, boiler, toaster snd whatever you need., there is a dining area. We have 2 bathrooms, one of which with a shower and the other one without, but both with windows and bidet. The terrace can be lived most of the year as a dining area as well as it is ery livable in any season when it is not windy or rainy. Each room has heating and AC, there mare 2 smart TVs and an excellent Wi-Fi connection for those using it for work. The location is quite, but very central, it is only 500 meters from the most chaotic via Toledo , via Chiaja and piazza del Plebiscito. There is a parking garage (25€ per day) just across the street . Most of the attractions are at a walking distance and our street is full of grocery shops and essentials. We propose a self check in procedure, but I will be always available to assist you and meet you if need. The terrace is completely exclusive, as is the entire apartment which is entirely dedicated to our guests. We share precious and ancient objects, paintings and nautical books. The house has independent access from the street and we don't need a lift because we are on the ground floor, but we are taller than the others so it feels like we are in an attic. We have a self check in procedure, but I will always be available for advice and assistance before and during your stay. Typical and historical area, the first place where Neapolis was settled. Great view on the Vesuvius. Our street is full of grocery shops, a pharmacy, bakery, wine shop. In the streets around there are restaurants and bars and a lot of shops. walking distance to everywhere. parking space availble in a private parking with the exit in front of our property. 100 meters from the brand new elevators that lead to the seaside A place to LIVE And LOVE! The apartment has 1 wide bedroom on 2 levels: upstairs there is a double bed and downstairs a single bed, then there is a separated second bedroom or living room with 2 beautiful windows overlooking the sea which can be a second bedroom having a comfortable sofa bed with a regular double bed of 160x190cm. There is then a separated kitchen with dining area, from there you can access to the 2 bathrooms( one of which without shower). The terrace is equipped with a comfy dining area , sun chairs and a shower. The view is amazing !
